It went well. They were professional and courtesy.

Haven't yet had the work done but my experience so far has been so so. Have been upcharged for requesting a single gate instead of a double gate (the price really ought to decrease). Will update my review after the work is completed - hopefully my experience will improve.

woman who answered phone was extremely rude and just agitated to have to answer phone. I have a big project I wanted to get done as many available fencing companies that are available and more than happy to be professional and talk with you. She can go straight to **** ill hire someone else. Great job you lost 3 jobs just from my family alone

There was no charge. I don't know if I will use them, I'm still trying to get another quote.

The installers were great! They worked in terrible heat and humidity all day stopping only for a quick lunch. I Would have given his compan an A but couldn't due to some significant problems that occurred during installation. They mis measured and was short 2 pieces of fence which delayed completion. Also, we had torrential rainfall during the installation which rendered my yard soaking wet. the heavy machinery that they drove back and forth ruined a big portion of my yard. The wheels of the equipment left deep indentations and the grass was pulled up and destroyed leaving a big muddy mess. A few of the slats were damaged and had to be replaced and a portion of a post that had already been set in concrete was scraped. The installer went to a Home Depot and covered the scraped area with some paint. Someone from the company came to inspect the job after completion. I showed him the ruined portion of my lawn and the post. He took a picture and said he'd show it to his boss. No one ever called after that to offer a solution to the damage. I had to pay over $200.00 out of pocket for soil, seed and labor for my neighbor to help me get my yard repaired. Looking back, I should have delayed installation till after the heavy rainfall but they kept telling me it was ok. The yard damage wouldn't have occurred if the lawn wasn't super saturated. I believe the company should have done more to correct the damage that they caused.

Everlasting Fence came to our rescue. They gave us an estimate within days for the 16 feet of railing up and around to the door. We had plenty of choices of materials, styles, colors, etc. We kept it simple and practical. They had us on the schedule for about 4 weeks to install it. They were prompt and professional in ways. The railing is just too awesome to put into words. They stuck to the estimated $1485. $495 down payment, $990 upon completion.

I would like to change my review from C to A. The problem I had had nothing to do with their work and the manner the work was performed. My home sits on a hill and the fence would never be flush with the ground. It really was not their fault I continued to have problems with animals getting into my yard. I have since corrected the problem.

They were good. They were very efficient with communication, and followed up to let us know what was going on. This is our first time using this company, and would recommend them.

From estimating, to scheduling, to installation, to their follow up inspection -- everything was perfect.

It went well. They didn't replace all the posts I identified. They replaced others, so there still needs to be more work done. The price they charged was very fair. I will hire them again.

They gave an estimate to repair the fence, came and did the work, and then announced that there were other aspects of the fence that needed to be repaired which had not been in the original estimate. I had assumed that when I asked them to repair the fence that they would identify all issues and address them all at the same time. Very disappointed to realize that I had paid them a lot of money and there were still issues that needed to be addressed.

They did it very, very nicely. They were able to translate our requirements in the actual fence. It was great to have someone who was knowledgeable to do it right.

Went very well. Very sturdy and nice looking gate were installed. Much better then fencing I had a handyman install previously.

They were prompt, efficient, and careful. The work was done flawlessly.

Everlasting Fence Company did an amazing job with our fence installation.  From start to finish, Everlasting Fence Company demonstrated true professionalism.  Bob came out to the house to meet with us, assess the yard and provide an estimate, while Matt and Randy completed the actual installation.  They were all fantastic.... knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and professional.  Matt and Randy arrived on time and finished the job on time.  They also worked extremely hard, which is sometimes a rare commodity these days.  We were really impressed.  We absolutely love our fence, and we have already gotten many compliments from our neighbors.  My mom also had her fence installed by Everlasting Fence Company, and it looks amazing as well  (Cedar Wood Fence).  I would definitely recommend Everlasting Fence Company.  They are well worth it.

I called this company on 3/24/16 to make arrangements to get an estimate to replace a privacy fence.  I set up an appointment for 4/5/16 for someone to come to my home to do the estimate.  The representative arrived on time and proceeded to measure the area where the fence was to go.  I described what type of fence that I wanted and he showed me a brochure with different options.  I chose the type of fencing that I wanted and he said that he would mail me an estimate.  I received the estimate on 4/8/16; however, the price was not on the estimate.  I had to call the company to get the price. I decided to hire this company to do the work and on 4/15/16, I sent a check for one third of the total price to get the job started.  I expected to hear from the company to confirm that they received my check, but they didn't call in what I expected to be a timely manner.  I called the company to make sure that they did received my check which they acknowledged receiving it.  I asked for an estimate when they could perform the work.  I was told that someone would get back to me with a date.  Their scheduler called me to say they would come to install the fence on 5/16/16.  However, I received a call on 5/10/16, from the scheduler saying they had all of the material and they wanted to come the next day to install it.  I agreed to have them come the next day.  The installers arrived the next day and had trouble removing the posts from the existing fence.  They said that it was impractical to remove the very bottoms of the fence posts because it was too time consuming.  They suggested moving the new fence away from the patio enough to clear the bottoms of the old fence.  After resolving that issue, they determined that they did not have enough material to complete the job because their estimator measured incorrectly.  They said they would have to order more material and that someone would call me to arrange a new installation date.  Before they left, they set the corner posts for the fence.  After the installers left, I noticed that the fence posts they installed were incorrect for the type of fence that I wanted.  I called the company to let them know of the mistake.  I never received a call to reschedule the installation, but the installers did come back unannounced to remove the incorrect fence posts.  While they were here, they determined that some of the other material they had for the job was also incorrect.  They inventoried what correct material they had on hand and determined exactly what additional material they needed to complete the job.  While waiting to hear from the fence company to reschedule the installation, I dug out the old fence posts and and filled in the holes.  By doing that, the fence was able to be put exactly where I wanted it.  The installers came back on 5/31/16, again unannounced, to finish the job.  They had all of the correct material and completed the installation that day.  They took away all of the old fencing material when they left.  I am pleased with the final outcome, but it should not have taken as long as it did to complete this relatively small job.
