He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. I was contacted by a client  who was about ready to settle on a new house.



He wanted a particular color and style of an E.P. Henry product. The builder did not want to do custom work.



I designed the patio and sent it to Lee Dickerson. He emailed it to his mason who had a price in a few days.







The client was called with the price and the next day he called to give the "go ahead".



It took about 2 weeks for the material to arrive. When it did the mason did the work in one day. All stone



was installed, cleaned up and lawn reseeded.
