He helped transform our new build house into a finished home. "After reading multiple reviews I contacted Jonathon for an estimate. He came out the next day and advised of all options. I wanted to initially replace my old builder deck with a vinyl deck that would require no maintenance and would not fade. In our discussions I was convinced that what I really wanted was a screened in porch in addition to just a deck. Jonathon shared photos of some of his past porch jobs, and I was convinced of his skill as a craftsman. The job in total took about 3 weeks to complete. My wife and I could not be happier. The finished porch is simply stunning and unlike anything else in our neighborhood. Our neighbors have given many compliments! Jonathon was very professional, showed up on time, put in a full day's work regardless of the weather, and was responsive to any questions we had along the way. We love it.

Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.

"Dan and his son Tyler did an outstanding job. The basement was broken up in separate spaces including a 22' by 7' area which will double as a plant room during the winter time. He installed a counter and sink in this space and added a floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. To close off this area from the main space, he also installed a barn door which looks great. In the main area the work was done to perfection. The bathroom is a little jewel and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Dan and Tyler also went above and beyond when they moved furniture from the main floor to the basement and also put up additional shelves for us. I told Dan to pencil us in for the same time next year to update our main bathroom!"
