This is going to be an honest and truthful review. Be aware of this builder. He didnt return any of my phone calls until I sent certified letter mentioning a lawsuit. Many residents have same complaint. Hardie Siding falling apart. He simply doesn't care about the issue in question because as he stated to me " its not my problem". This is the same reason he gave my neighbor who complained about her siding. Is this the type of builder you want to hire? He doesn't try to resolve the issue simply because my home is 11 yrs old. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 yrs. Hardie siding is supposed to last 50+ years with little to NO maintenance if the install was done properly and according to guidelines and it wasnt. Inspection was done by a professional that backs up my complaint with pics. Dave Costello simply doesn't want to own up to the mistake he did on home and many others in the development. Ask alot of questions, especially who he hires to do the siding work.

Most importantly, he did what he said he would do. He kept me informed, answered my questions, had the repair work done in the time he indicated and inspected the work after the employees were finished. I will definitely use him again.
