He drew up detailed plans that met our specific needs, and built exactly what we had planned. "I highly recommend Montco Fencing.  They had replaced several fence sections and shored up posts in 2015.  Realized I should have replaced all fence sections so called them back to replace remaining.  Competitive pricing for very high quality workmanship. They do not come out with prefab fence sections but, instead, build fence post by fence post on site taking time to ensure post heights within each section and across all sections are level, even in areas of yard that are uneven  The crew that worked on my project were pleasant and courteous, skilled and worked hard to complete the job by end of day -- without cutting any corners -- and left the area clean of all old fencing debris.  The only reason I awarded them the one B for promptness among A's for all categories, is that their arrival time was much later than what had been communicated.  I learned the reason for this is that they custom cut each fence post -- not only do they not come with pre-fab sections, they actually cut each and every fence post individually -- and it was taking longer than anticipated.  This is understandable but would just suggest they be proactive in alerting customers if their arrival time is going to significantly deviate from what was originally communicated.  But, I would use them again for sure and would highly recommend them to others."

"Mark is a true professional! He was down-to-earth, but never lost job focus.  He and Tim, his assistant, arrived promptly each day, laid drop cloths throughout my house and taped my stairway for added protection.  Drop cloths were also used to cover my bed and end tables.  At the end of each workday, the drop cloths were picked up and removed. Mark stored materials in my garage but at the end of the job, everything was removed and the garage was swept.  
One example of Mark's experience was his need to come up with an alternative to a granite lip behind the vanity. Because I had opted to use a particular granite remnant, some creativity was called for.  Mark used the floor/shower/accent tiles to create a backsplash that ties the room together beautifully!  
I cannot say enough good things about Mark Bond.  When a question or "idea" came up on my part I had only to pick up the phone and call Mark or drop him a text.  His replies were prompt and courteous. 
- Do I wish that demolition and tile cutting didn't create dust.? Of course, but that is a reality of renovation. 
- Would I recommend Bond Home Remodeling and/or use them again? In a heartbeat!

"The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity.
