"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"FABULOUS!! We hired Steve and his crew to paint the interior of my father-in-laws home to get it ready to sell. The house went from a 1970's pink and mauve nightmare to a hip and cool 2018 ready to sell home. They painted every room -kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms and ceilings. Plus all the trim, doors, steps etc. The work was meticulous. We have had so many compliments and people cannot believe it is the same house!!! All done within a week at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Steve and Alvo and I plan on hiring them to paint the exterior and interior of my home. I am so lucky I found him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch professional painter. They were on time, very clean and did very precise work. We couldn't be happier! "We met a few days prior to the start of the job. My wife and I had a vacation scheduled and the work was done while we were away. James kept us in the loop during the whole process. He found a few issues with rot in the framing of deck roof and the chimney as he opened things up. We added those two items onto the list of work. James sent us pictures along the way. When we returned home the project was 90% done. Because of the framing work that needed done and some weather issues the job took 2 days longer than projected...no worries, that happens on every project no matter what. It was not because of anything James did wrong, actually it was because he wanted the fix done right and then there was rain. It took James and his team 2 more days. We did a walk around the property on monday after we returned while the team was still there and reviewed what was still to be done, and what needed a little extra attention. By the end of the next day the job was done. In total the Townsley team was there 9 days. During that time they repaired the decking and framing of the roof, removing the old and replace the roof shingles including all new drip edge, caps, flashing and shingles, replaced 2 skylights, power washed the siding, gutters, eaves, chimney, painted all exterior surfaces including shutters (after removal), siding, gutters, eave, soffit, downspouts, exterior wood trim and the ceiling of the deck area, and several stucco repairs that were needed. Throughout the process, James' communication was excellent, and the product of his work was fantastic...the house looked brand new. WELL DONE! A great value as well. When done, the team cleaned up the mess that was present, including cleaning the deck, returning the outdoor furniture to its original location, and blowing the dust from the property. We have a new house, or so it seems for a very reasonable price. Thank you James and your team as well. Dave"
