"This is my second review. Carlton stretched my carpet in January. He did a very good job but had a bump in the middle of the room which he attributed to the cold. The room was an unheated attic. He agreed to return when the weather was warmer to finish the job. Well itâ s October, So I contacted him and received a prompt reply and now 3 days later the job is completed. Very good work. Carlton honors his warranty."

They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. They cut out a section of drywall, cut out the blockage out of the floor, replaced the dry wall piece and repainted the area. I would defy anyone to find the area they replaced.
