They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. For the window, he was able to match an existing large bay window exactly with a large double hung window added to the perpendicular wall. It looks like they were all done in the same project."
