Our billing procedures are as follows, estimated material cost should be paid in full prior to the start of the job. Half the labor cost is to be paid the first day construction starts, another 25% to be paid once deemed the first phase is completed and the remaining 25% should be paid in full at the completion of the job.

If you’re replacing an old fixture with a ceiling fan, you usually won’t need a permit, but if your electrician runs new wiring for the fixture, you likely will need a permit. Most bathrooms already have ventilation and don’t need a ceiling fan. For safety purposes, avoid installing a ceiling fan where the blades will be less than eight feet from the floor, near bunk beds, or anywhere else they may hit nearby objects.
