He also was super informative and also let me know about the other services that he offers and was even able to give me a couple of rough estimates on other projects that we are interested in having done. Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. Highly recommend Richard with Spellman Home Services. We will defiantly hire him for future projects!!"

Very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. Very friendly and explained everything they were going to do and what care needed to be done after they left(when to walk on and place furniture back on ). He actually took the time to figure out what the problem was. Some bad caulking around a window was causing a leak, not the roof itself. He told me what he needed to do to fix it. He actually came when he said he would and did the work. And he was reasonably priced! This is the guy you want to hire. But get in line because I have more work for him."
