Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."
