They did an absolutely GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars isn't enough for this company they are the best! my remodel turned out better than I expected, the staff are professional, they listen to your concerns and address them promptly, I sent before and after pictures to family and friends and everyone agreed HANDS DOWN AMERICAN QUALITY REMODELING, I must acknowledge 2 of their staff the gentleman who did my front door and window I don't know the spelling of his first name ,but his first initial is M he is the BEST!!!!!!!, also the gentleman who did the stone veneer he did it better than I imagined!!! and I must also acknowledge Robert he aided in getting this project going. This remodeling was a blessing, and I was divinely favored to have American Quality Remodeling onboard! Thanks to the production manager and Jessica all of them are so professional and nice! my neighbors were so impressed with the outcome, I hope they reach out to American Quality Remodeling for their upgrades.

American Quality Remodeling did our siding, door, and stucco. We've had many contractors come to our home that would inflate estimates, exaggerate what's needed to complete the job, and try to oversell us on things that were not needed. But with this company, that was never the case. The project manager, Rudy, is very transparent and honest. He did not try to push any unnecessary items for us to purchase, and his estimate was very reasonable. He is very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. He thoroughly explains the process and what to expect and is very on point with the time frames for completing such projects. We're amazed and blown away by how this project turned out. The transformation is spectacular. We're so happy that we chose to work with American Quality Remodeling. The crew did a phenomenal job. They were always prompt and respectful and went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted with the outcome of this project. And we couldn't believe how quickly they completed the job. It exceeded our expectations. The project manager Rudy and his assistant, Jessica, truly made us feel that they were with us every step of the way, which helped ease any anxiety-ridden feelings that my husband and I may have felt before the start of this project. They were always quickly responsive to any inquiries we had. Both understood our vision and made it a reality. It's everything we visualized and did not disappoint. Even the project manager Dennis, who installed our door, and the team that completed our stucco were diligent and did a fantastic job. They were also very responsive to any questions we had as well. This company goes above and beyond to ensure its clients are pleased and satisfied with the completed work. After completing this project, they made sure that all debris was removed entirely and our property was left immaculately clean. The experience felt like one of those home improvement shows, like HGTV, Home Town, or Love It or List It. ? We most certainly would do business again with this company for our future remodeling projects?

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by American Quality Remodeling company. We had an emergency, our roof suddenly leaked right in the middle of our master bedroom. It happened on Friday night and we called them on Saturday morning. Rudy showed up at our home within a few hours and the work was completed next Tuesday. It was very timely since we had another major storm on thursday. the team was very profeccional, all debries were cleaned up without a trace. Thank you very much Rudi and team!

American Quality Remodeling installed new roofing, siding, and gutters on my house and shed after a huge hail storm damaged them. I had a lot of companies come out for quotes, but we went with Rudy and his team. He was passionate about his work and the products he uses—he was straight to the point and full of knowledge. A couple companies asked to see what our insurance was covering in order to pump up repairs to the price—one even suggested lying to insurance and going up even $10k more. Rudy was a breath of fresh air in comparison (who never asked or cared what insurance was paying out… he was honest with a fair price in comparison). We went with the Alside Prodigy siding, which no other company was working with. We *love* it. It’s just beautiful with great detail, wide looking planks, and insulation is built into the siding itself. We hope for lower utility bills and less damage from future hail. The roof is fantastic—the team added a ridge line vent and soffits. Already our upstairs feels cooler than what our old attic fan was doing. The teams were quick, kind, professional, and accommodating. Any issues I found were small and immediately addressed. They finished up yesterday and left with the assurance I can call with any future issues—the warranties on the siding and roofing also sealed the deal with this contractor. Our house is beautiful now and we truly appreciate everyone involved!

They did an excellent job. Each crew was extremely professional and they took pride in their workmanship. The completed project looks amazing. They were competitively priced and offered a comparative choice in price ranges. I would definitely contact them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We needed a roof replaced because of storm damage. We called a lot of roofing companies for estimates. This company not only had the best estimate for the work that needed to be done, but also called us back and were here when they said they would be. I've never had a roof replaced in a house I am living in, so I need to warn potential customers, it's loud, through no fault of this company. They did the work quickly and left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would recommend them and hopefully I won't need another roof for a long time, but if I did I would use this company again. Thank you.

The office didn't follow through - I requested a phone call before supplies were delivered and never got it. On the third time they postponed, I didn't even get a courtesy call. The workers were sloppy and disrespectful, They used a decorative bench as a ladder, broke it and just left it in pieces. They left lunch wrappers stuffed in my bushes. There is putty staining my roof and nails/screws everywhere. They removed my gutters and didn't put them back correctly. In sum, multiple cancellations, minimal communication and sloppy service.

Had some leakage after the work was done. I posted a review earlier expressing my displeasure at the work and the delayed response. American Modeling responded and informed they were working on getting the materials to fix it. I am happy with their response now and look forward to getting the issue fixed.

The skylight leakage stopped. However immediately next day there was a leakage from another place on the roof (the whole roof was replaced). It messed up my wall. Response from American quality was very slow. They were not overly concerned. Finally someone came to look at the leakage after around 2 plus weeks. They mentioned someone would come to fix this issue. It is over 10 days now and nobody came to fix the issue yet. No inspection after work is done resulting in faulty work and leakage. No immediate response and action to fix the faulty work. Response is only after follow up and reminders.

I am very happy with the professional and helpful approach, but what I can say that re-scheduling was done twice because of truck break down made me little nervous. Though this is compensated as they came on on Sunday and finished their job keeping nice smile and explained us the whole thing what they are going to do.

It was awesome my house went from ugliest on block to most beautiful the siding is Tp notch love the color the guys were very neat cleaned up and did a great job will always recommend them. I called and got prices from 5 businesses they were the best quality for the price. They were great from start to finish love my new Windows we had rotten wood they replaced and no extra charges great company glad I did my homework same owner for 20 years says something about them
