When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."

From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. Guy walks around the house, takes pictures, treats the front yard, and leaves. I call because no one told me he was coming, and he didn't do the backyard. I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. I've been waiting a week to speak to the rep who signed me up, but I haven't received a call. Because the Tech said he completed the work, they believe him. If I could give Zero Stars, I woiuld."
