"I hired this contractor for a simple chimney installation. Instead, we now have a leaking chimney every time it rains or snows. The audacity of this contractor was shocking; after receiving full payment, he suggested my husband should climb onto the roof to apply silicone to fix the issue. He repeatedly promised to come back and finish the job but canceled at the last minute or simply didn't show up, doing this four times in total. Each time, he confirmed he would come, only to cancel or no-show. This caused me to lose four days of work waiting for him. When we tried to communicate, he ignored our messages until I threatened legal action. Only then did he respond, promising a refund which never materialized. Instead of addressing the issue, he blocked us on social media to avoid negative feedback. This forced us to spend an additional $1000 to hire another contractor to fix what he left undone. "

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

"We purchased a new Wood Stove from Creekside to replace the Coal Stove that was in our new house. The crew showed up on time, removed the old stove and installed the new one in an amazingly quick manner. Everything works perfectly. They even cleaned the chimney. Since the Coal Stove was relatively new ( we just don’t like Coal), Creekside put the Stove in their inventory and sold it on consignment for us. What a great group of people!
