They painted the entire first and second flour except for the basement where the floors were not finished yet so we scheduled the painting of the basement for next month. "We have used Nolan painting before and were very pleased.
That time a rep came to the house first and we discussed the project.
This time I had to request this. The rep came to the house and we went over the list I had and what could be done in the 8 hours.
When the painter came, he finished everything much faster than the rep had estimated.
As the deal was for a painter for a day, my list was done an hour before the 8 hours were finished. Work was performed professionally and neat.
Would recommend anybody who buys this deal to have a long list ready.
The deal only gives a discount of about $80, there are better deals out there.
