If you need painters who are professional, highly skilled, pay attention to detail, respect your home and keep it clean while working in it, Main Line Pro Painting is not for you. Main Line Pro Painting says “We let the work speak for itself and we specialize in delivering results that exceed expectations.” That is not what I experienced. Things I was told would happen during the walkthrough estimate, did not. Painting began with the floors and furniture not fully covered after knowing that I had had new floors installed two weeks earlier! My wood floors were scratched, paint and spackle were on them and furnishings, things were not caulked, holes left in the ceiling by can lights, parts of a ceiling never painted, spackle left unsanded and unpainted, wall registers never painted, I could go on but I think you get the picture. I will say that the painters were nice and reported promptly each day but due to the lack of attention to detail, prep work, respect for my home and professionalism, I had to shorten the scope of the work. I contacted the owner throughout the time they were at my home so he was aware of my concerns. At the end of the job, he did not come see their finished work. He offered to come back but this company left me feeling so upset with my house unfinished and so unprofessionally painted that I could not even think to have them come back. Save yourself the aggravation, time cleaning and the additional money you will have to spend to repair and complete the unprofessional job done. I have never ever had such a terrible experience with a contractor.

They are very nice, but they are not equipped to paint an older, historic Main Line home. They did not pay attention to detail, clean up after themselves, as well as respect our home. If I didn’t clear out a room before they painted, they put furniture on top of other furniture. They ruined draperies, bedding, and scratched our wood floors. Painters went into the other rooms of our home that they were not painting. They used multiple bathrooms despite to agreeing to use a designated bathroom. They even left a disgusting mess in some of the bathrooms. At least one painter used our daughter’s claw foot bathtub to clean paint brushes while I told them it was broken and not to be used. Consequently, water came through her floor through our kitchen ceiling. We cut the job short and can not believe the amount of painting mistakes they left behind.

Ben and his team are terrific! They transformed my finished basement from a dark, 70s-era, knotty-pine cave to a light, spacious, modern entertainment space! We just love it. Ben and his team care about their work, they arrive on time, they’re good listeners, and they leave their work area clean. We will definitely work with them again!

Ben and his team did a great job painting our home. Not only did we have almost all of our walls and ceilings painted, but also wallpaper removed, wood trim painted and many, many drywall issues corrected. Ben’s team was courteous and efficient and treated our home respectfully. They were neat and tidied up their spaces at the end of each day. Justin did a final walk through and corrected any spots he felt needed more attention - we very much appreciated his attention to detail! We would definitely recommend Ben and his team and will certainly use them again!

Ben and his team were awesome! They do impeccable work, and the end result was flawless! Ben was responsive, timely, reasonably priced, and worked with us on our ideas as the project progressed. Ben and his crew painted our entire first floor this past week and I’m incredibly pleased with the work. In addition to painting the walls, trim, doors, and ceiling of every room, they also fixed quite a few issues we had. Incorrect painting/caulking was corrected, water damage in our guest bathroom was patched and damage to our baseboard was fixed. We enjoyed having Ben, Justin, and Jim in our house and we found them to be a great team and very respectful of our home. At the end of each day, they took the time to clean up before they left. We’ve already gotten an estimate to get our second floor painted by Ben and his crew and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. (Included are pictures of the water damage and finished product, as well as a picture of the completed dining room.)

Main Line Pro were great. They gave us a fair price the first time--no messing around with inflated prices that they'd then lower "just for us" or "just for this week" like the other companies we spoke with. They did a great job. Very careful, clean painting. Hard workers in tough conditions with our steep roof and hard-to-get-to dormers--and wasps! They left everything clean every night and cleaned up after they left. Benjimen was always here, always communicating, always available. Highly recommend.

Ben and his team were the perfect company to partner with to paint our home. They always arrived right on time and laid out the plan for us each day. If furniture or other items needed to be moved, they did so gently and not a single piece was scratched or damaged. They were extremely professional and courteous. At the end of the project (bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, kitchen), our walls looked beautiful and lines were crisp. My wife is absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. We've already enlisted their help on our next job and will be using them in the future for when we have the exterior of our house painted. Ben and his team are A++.
