"We were having trouble with water in the basement. The Alliance Chimney crew had to fix the liner and re-cement the top of our chimney. The crew lead by Joe Lewandowski, came and explained the problem in detail with photographs and options. In the end we put in a stainless steel liner and new piece at the top and re-cemented the pad. They were punctual, were honest and straightforward with us, and did a nice job. When the weather did not permit the re-cementing, we paid them anyway, and they promised to come back. They did this in two days and finished the job. Because they had the right sized ladder, they even took a peek at our back gutter to make sure it was flowing and not clogged."

"No problems. I had Alliance out several years ago to install a liner on our furnace chimney with no issues. I believe Joe was the person performing the service and informed me that the chimney was already pretty clean and he would just charge for coming out. We're having a gas insert installed in this fireplace and I said I was supposed to get the chimney cleaned so I had him do the cleaning anyway. He was here about an hour and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's list that he wasn't aware of but gave the 10% off any way. The service was a little pricey compared to some other companies but I felt comfortable with this company. Total cost was $212 with 10% off was $190.."

They rremoved damaged stucco and replaced with new stucco, applied crown coat, and replaced a rusty chimney cap with a custom stainless-steel cap."

"I would like to say Anthony and his helper for the professionalism job they did on my chimney When I first called the company, I told them my situation that I needed my chimney swept and inspected I also asked a lot of what if questions they found something wrong. The technician explained everything to me that needed to be done before going any further. After taking the pictures, Anthony showed me that sweeping the chimney was not an option and that my vents were off line and carbon and gas was seeking back into my house. They gave me a start date and time frame, They called and gave me an ETA and was on time. Like I said earlier, they were courteous, polite and friendly. Afterwards, they did a great job of cleaning up and asked me to inspect the area to make sure I was satisfied with the clean up.
