When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. "Tom was able to schedule me quickly and came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. A liner was needed and Tom had his crew come out and install it the next day. They were quick, thorough, and most importantly, safety, conscious, and professional. Another company wanted me to wait five days for an estimate. Carbon monoxide is a killer and no one has the luxury of five days to wait for an estimate. When I receive the estimate finally from the other company, actually, four days after TNT sweeps completed their job, the price was outrageous. I am thankful that Angieâ s list put me on to TNT sweeps. They went above and beyond, and when they left, you couldnâ t even tell they were there. Phil and Brooklyn showed up right on time, were very professional, worked for 8 hours straight with normal breaks and kept the area as clean as possible as they went.
