The project was to power wash and stain a deck that had not received any attention in several years.  Bob returned our call promptly and came out to give us an estimate.  We agreed on a price.  Bob was upfront about his schedule and we were able to arrive at a time frame that was acceptable to both parties.  In all our dealings with Bob, he arrived when he said he would and provided the services that he committed to.  He did an excellent job that exactly met our expectations and needs. Brad came out and gave us an estimate within 24 hours - which came in lower than 2 others - and started the job 3 days later.
