Charlie (Serenity) gave me a price and stuck to it and even modified the shower stall to fit our bathroom better . Charlie (and Corey) did such a great job with our shower install we had them install central AC in our house. During that installation Charlie found a dangerous exhaust leak with our gas water heater. Charlie gave us options of where and how things could be installed and routed which actually was not the path of least resistance for him. What we like best was that Charlie called after the job was do to make sure things were working right and to make sure we were happy with everything."
