"John's men replaced ceiling tiles in my dining room, reinstalled new ceiling fan and installed smoke alarm. They were professional upon arrival, doing a fantastic job in two days and cleaning up their work area spotless when they left. The job was 100% to our satisfaction and I would hire them again. In fact, I have employed them to install 2 windows in my attic."

"I would only recommend for fairly mondane projects such as hanging blinds, etc. He had difficulty installing my ceiling fan, although to be fair, many in my neighborhood have as the contractor did something with the wiring that makes it tricky."

"Because I broke my elbow after starting to remodel our bathroom we used home advisor to get estimates to finish installing our corner shower. Another contractor would not even give us a price to do our shower since I had replaced all the plumbing myself and didn't even want to guarantee his work. Charlie (Serenity) gave me a price and stuck to it and even modified the shower stall to fit our bathroom better . Charlie (and Corey) did such a great job with our shower install we had them install central AC in our house. During that installation Charlie found a dangerous exhaust leak with our gas water heater. Charlie gave us options of where and how things could be installed and routed which actually was not the path of least resistance for him. What we like best was that Charlie called after the job was do to make sure things were working right and to make sure we were happy with everything."
