"First off, I know a little bit about roofing, and, of the three other roofers we received estimates from, William is the only one who made sense. While not the cheapest, he did work with us on the price. They did a good job, explaining everything, and patiently answered all of our questions (even took me up on the roof at my request). Time will tell if they fixed the leak, but so far, so good. Plus, unlike the others, Ark offers a 5-year guarantee. So, you canâ t go wrong. Will definitely use again for all of our roofing needs."
