On-site custom sawmill service. My Timberking Band Saw will cut trees up to 36" wide and 20' long. I charge a $20 set up fee which covers the first 20 miles from my home in Elliottsburg. Miles over 20 will be $.50 per mile additional. $.30 cents a board foot charge to saw your logs into lumber.

The smallest size a standard 2-car garage can be is 20 feet by 20 feet, so at these dimensions, you could reasonably expect to fit two cars inside. It takes anywhere from one week to a couple of months, depending on the house size, the number of people on the construction crew, and the time of year. The design stage often takes a long time, too. Some people spend months or even years contemplating their house’s size, layout, and materials before construction begins.
