They did a great job. They were very kind and helpful. The job was done quickly and the dress fit wonderfully after the alterations. I would definitely go back.

The work was good, a bit delayed. They did a good job but used metal zippers to fasten the pillows and mattresses. The metal zippers are low quality and one split the first time I put it on the pillow. It also would have been nice to get whatever remaining fabric there was left over.

ALTERATIONS WERE PROFESSIONALLY & PROMPTLY DONE IN THE TIME SPECIFIED. I HAVE USED THIS SHOP SEVERAL TIMES, INCLUDING ALTERATIONS OF MY DAUGHTER'S PROM DRESSES, AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED EVERY TIME.
