"As soon as I met Fred the owner I knew he was going to provide quality service and craftsmanship. Stand-up guy with true ethical and moral principles. Very knowledgeable on just about everything when it comes to home improvement and repair. He and his crew did an excellent job and were reliable and trustworthy. Would not be afraid to leave Fred alone in my house. Will definitely use IPS again for just about any household issue that may come up.
