"High pressure tactic!!! Constantly calling & badgering you to have work done. I have used them before but had issues with trying to schedule them. I like to be home when they come because I have 4 dogs. They do not listen and would repeatedly text me to come that day or morning. This time I told them the end of October or beginning of November. This is finally giving in as they started texting me in August. I told them to wait till my leaves fully drop which are next to gutters. They came this past Thursday- never texted me they were coming though he CLAIMED he did. I have no record. My neighbor (I live in a twin) said my dogs were barking wildly. He is not well and did not appreciate it (thats why I want to be home). They lied and said they texted. Came without notifying me!!! I am thru h this company & their constant call and texts. They prey on older people and do not listen to . Will NEVER use this lame high pressure tactics business again. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere!!!"

The gentleman I spoke to told me the workmen would be by the first week in December, and on Nov. 15, 2025, they took $555.41 from my credit card account. The first week of December went by and no workmen appeared. When I called to inquire, I was told that my service had been rescheduled for Jan 1! I said that couldn&#39;t possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the &#34;urgent&#34; list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I&#39;m afraid we&#39;ll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers."
