I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. "They replaced the ole ADT system, which depended on a landline (phone) with a wireless system. The monitors on the windows are sensitive to shock, so if a window is broken, the alarm sounds. They monitors are small and do not require drilling into the window frames. I am very satisfied with the new system."
