"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. Initially, we were quite pleased with the bathroom and kitchen remodel GIMA completed a couple of years ago, for which we paid $30,000. Fast forward to a few months ago, and our positive experience vanished. We discovered a leak from our shower, impacting the wall to our room. GIMA came out, diagnosed it incorrectly (claiming it was the shower handle), and even though our warranty had expired, we were willing to pay. We put down a $200 deposit for a discounted repair. That was three months ago. GIMA never returned to fix the leak. To make matters worse, the leak was NOT from the handle at all, but from missing grout in the corner of the shower tile ? a clear sign of poor initial workmanship. But the nightmare did not end there. We now have a second, severe leak from the standalone bathtub they installed, which has gone through our subfloor and completely ruined our basement ceiling!
