"I contacted Chad from CC’s Painting to get an estimate for painting two bedrooms, a foyer, basement, bar, and bathroom. He showed up and walked through my entire house without taking a single note, measurement, photo, or iPad entry which made me wonder if he was legit or just ‘casing’ my house. He said he would send me a quote “by the weekend” via email. He never sent the quote. I texted him several times and he never responded.
