They were very nice. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They cleaned up well. They weren't fast but they were good. They were very nice. We liked them a lot. They did a very good job. I would recommend them.

I would recommend KML Construstion for any project...After talking to Kevin about my needs and budget, we agreed on a plan to fit that price range...however, digging around the foundation, some issues with this old house needed to be addressed...I appreciate the extra time Kevin took to correct the situation, it was done correctly and efficiently..The back patio, sidewalk and under the porch was newly cemented and looks wonderful... He was at the house everyday at 8am and stayed until I got home, after 4pm. with updates on his progress and what was going to be done next... Professional, skilled workmanship. and willing to explain anything about the job... I highly recommend KML Construction for your next job...

This was a terrible experience for my family and I. The biggest problem was that Kevin said there would be little dust from the grinding because he was using a grinder with water. That was completely wrong. It created so much dust that is looked like the house was on fire. Dust was billowing out of the doors. Kevin did nothing to control it, didn't even use a fan or vacuum as he said he would. The dust covered every surface in the house, walls, kitchen cabinets (got inside too) and everything in all of the closets. My wife and I spent weeks cleaning the house while we moved in with my parents. The house was not inhabitable when he was done. If that wasn't enough he also did a poor job on the floor. The skim coat had heavy trowel marks all over, the stain is sloppy. He actually left his boot prints in the stain, so that permanent, and a large area is not sealed.  It's been a couple months and many areas of the skim coat are flaking off. Over all just looks poorly done. When I talked to Kevin about all the problems he apologized for the mess but had nothing to say about the poor work except to keep telling me all the reasons he couldn't do it better. It just sounded to me like he didn't know how to do it better.
We're going to have to put a floating floor or something similar over the whole thing. We paid half up front and refused to pay the remainder. I ask for the first half back but Kevin refused.
