Great work done by great people. The team was professional and friendly. Colson, Norm and Antwan did great work and even fixed a burst pipe I had that was completely unrelated to the job they were there to do. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had taken care of the items at our church that we had to do like removing everything from the walls. We received a reminder text several days before scheduled work and again closer to start date. Brock called to give estimated time of arrival each day. Brock, Rich, and Travis were super professional. Communication was great as they kept us informed of the process as they went along. They also set up expectations upon arrival. We had started covering some important items before they arrived, but they covered contents with plastic before beginning the work. They alerted us to any potential problems before beginning the process. Job took a little over 2 1/2 days. We had a wrap up discussion at the end of each day. The guys worked well together and did not stand around. They did the job they came to do.

Marquese, Brian and Gregg did an outstanding job with my basement waterproofing project. All work was done in a timely manner, and all questions were answered. I would highly recommend Baker’s Waterproofing to friends and neighbors.

The two guys who did my crawlspace encapsulation were very attentive to any concerns or needs I could have, from cleanliness to bumpiness. Josh and Demetrius were excellent! Josh took the time to explain a couple issues with the driveway and house, which was incredibly helpful, too. They left a pristine work site and the job looked better than I'd hoped it would. Thanks again!

Colson, Chacar, and Norm were absolutely awesome! Not only was the work impeccable, but they were efficient and left the worksite spotless. From the moment they knocked on the door until the project was done they were courteous, willing to explain the process and share progress, answered any questions we had, and were just an awesome group of guys to have around; it was awesome meeting them. If you need any foundation or waterproofing work done, this is the company and this is the crew you want doing it!

I cannot believe how relieved I am. I could not have chosen a better company. The salesman, Kris Weaver, was so kind and patient, explaining EVERYTHING. The crew that came to do the repairs - Norm, Jonathan R., and Brock were hard working, didn't waste time, explained processes and cleaned up thoroughly. Had I known that I would be so pleased, I would have called Baker's long ago.

Robert Massaro Came out and inspected my basement. I had some Water coming in from the outside to my basement. Robert came out, was very kind and presentable. He took the time to explain what was causing the water to get in and explain how and what options I had to fix the issue he was never rushed to get in and get out. He took the time to educate me and how things work. He broke down the cost of each thing they had to do An offer different kinds of options to pay for the work. He offered great financial options that are available if unable to pay upfront the cost. I thought the price for the work I needed was reasonable and wanted to agree to the work After he was done, explaining everything and giving The total price. I am married, so I need to make sure the wife is good with everything So we can proceed which I’m sure she will. But overall Five Stars to Robert.

They put a French drain in our basement. 1 worker dropped a baggie with couple roaches and small amount of pot in it. My grandkids or dogs could have gotten it. They acted like. No big deal. They did this a year ago. Supposed to come back after a year to inspect it. They are very non accommodating, as far as doing that. And to this day have not been back to check it.

They worked fast and got everything done quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were professional, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job Colson, Norm, and Riley.

David came out for the inspection and checked the garage for stability along with the driveway. Garage was fine. Mark, Tyree and Hayden leveled and stabilized the driveway along with the front door stoop and steps. They also did the needed concrete repair and caulking. All were pleasant, professional and friendly and all issues with the front stoop and driveway have been eliminated. Good job. Thanks.

The crew Dave Allen and Vince Belleggia arrived on time and we’re very professional. They completed the job quickly and answered all questions prior to leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and addressed any concerns prior to leaving.

The team did an excellent job. Rich, Cameron, Hue, and Clayton were great to work with on the project. They were even able to remove and replace the sections of grass outside like pieces of sod. The work looks great and is well secured.

Tony came and did a full inspection and walk around the house. He explained everything to me in simple terms so I can understand it. I’m excited for them to fix my leaky basement.

The house we had waterproofed had a really bad water intrusion problem when we purchased it. The Bakers team of Theron, Roger and Gunner did the work and did a great job. The system has thus far performed as expected with no problems whatsoever. After an initial Covid-related scheduling delay on our part and one on their part, we got this scheduled, and the work was done promptly, and finished ahead of schedule. I'm a structural engineer, and I run into this kind of issue often in my consulting practice, so there was no hesitation in hiring them. I did obtain other quotes, but Bakers quote was competitive and based on my past experience I hired them.

The crew was on time and very professional about the work. Bill Rose, Cliff Mitchel and Adam Brozik took the the time to evaluate any issues that they came upon and were very detailed in explaining how they were resolving the problem. They were great to work with and I recommend Bakers for any french drain or water displacement projects.

Anthony, Hieu and Allen arrived on time, began work immediately. Finished all of the work they were contracted to perform quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up before they left. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will hire again.

Theron, Roger, & Mike arrived on time. They explained the work being performed. Answered all question at the end of the job. Very professional and kept dust to a minimum. Did a great job. Highly recommend Bakers.

Getting an interior French drain is not fun but the crew was professional, punctual, communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and completed the work quickly. Martin, Mike S., and Jakob did a great job. Most importantly, I'm not having to mop up puddles in my basement every time it rains now. I've dealt with other contractors who don't return calls, don't show up when they say they will, or magically "forget" things they originally committed they would do. Baker's is responsive and took care of my problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a wet basement!
