The only damage was from the firefighters cutting through the fence gates. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came to the rescue and was able to match the fence style and color and provide the replacement parts. Recently a truck backed into the fence that cracked a post and when a twister came through that part of the fence post and subsequent post snapped. But with every crisis, there is an opportunity. This gave us the opportunity to replace parts of the fence with a new gate. Unfortunately the fence design was no longer manufactured. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came up with a solution and was able to improvise. We took our unbroken parts to Prizm Vinyl Corporation and they found some matching parts from their inventory. They reassembled the unbroken fence parts into gates, and when the color did not match they were able to match the color by consulting a paint store that has paint that can be applied vinyl. Within hours we had all of the repaired parts reassembled in the same style and matching color. When it would have been easy not to service its customers, Prizm Vinyl Corporation went out of its way to help this customer remain satisfied."
