"The service turned out well. My mother had an emergency and I was called to her side so I could not be there during the time of work. They were at my house without supervision. They also came two hours earlier than I asked. They came in the morning instead of the afternoon and did not call ahead to confirm the appointment.  It was disjointed how everything worked out. They did some of the clean up I asked about, but I don't think they were professional landscapers. The man told me he was a certified Arborist but when I asked if he would trim my Forsythia, he did not know what I was referring to. However, I agreed for him to do the work and hoped for the best. They used a chain saw to trim the bushes and you can tell. They also made my Dog Wood Tree look like a lollipop instead of what it should look like. They did not clean up well and they were sloppy.  They only did half the house but not the other half. They completely forgot to work on my rose bush.  I would not hire them again because I felt like I had to clean up after their mess. There was also a lot of mulch missing in the flower beds and I have to replace it myself. I was disappointed with the deal."
