There was a delay in grinding the stumps due to a mechanical problem, but they came back, as promised and finished the job. All work was done well (and I've had some hatchet jobs done on these poor trees) and the firm cleaned up the site beautifully. Recommended.

They did a really good job. They cleaned up very well, they brought all the necessary equipment, and they clearly knew what they were doing. It took them a little while to come out initially, but overall, we were very happy with them. We would recommend them! They were recommended to us by another contractor, who claimed he would never use anyone else.

I have used Arborist Enterprises Inc in the past for my trees, we trust them, they are doing well so far. The price is good.

I contacted Arborist for a quote to prune roughly 14 trees. They promptly scheduled a time to walk through property and understand what we wanted done. They provided a good deal of information regarding maintenance and upkeep of the trees. They provided a quote that same day. Once scheduled the team showed up as scheduled and did all work on proposal and made sure we were pleased with what was done. Excellent job of cleanup as the left ne debris behind. We are very pleased with their professionalism and performance on this job.

I have worked with Arborist Enterprises since we bought our house 5 years ago. Their customer service is impeccable and I feel that I know them well enough now that I can predict the pricing for a given job as they have always been consistent with no surprises. I will say that last summer I had to wait quite a while for one of my jobs to be scheduled (the estimate was done in February and was not completed until late August) as the company was busy responding to storm damage and other pressing needs. I did not mind as my job was cosmetic in nature, and when we did suffer storm damage in the snow of late October 2011, my Arborist Enterprises rep returned my call over the weekend and had a team out to my property within two business days to remove two mature trees that had fallen across my driveway, and also prune a prized dogwood that is now flourishing once again this spring despite losing some significant limbs. They recently returned to the property to clear up some remaining broken limbs on other trees, and the work is always well done. I return home from work and never knew they were there. They might be a bit more expensive than other tree services, but I live in a very wooded area with lots of mature trees, and the care that they provide has proven invaluable over time.

Due to weather conditions and many severe storms it took almost two months from the initial call and estimate to get the work completed, but they were extremely knowledgeable and professional, cleaned up well, did exactly as proposed and I was very well pleased. The cost was a bit high, but you got what you paid for. I would use them again.

I called ARBORIST ENTERPRISES INC 1913 OLDE HOMESTEAD LN, LANCASTER, PA 17605 to schedule an appointment. I gave the receptionist my contact info and was told to expect a phone call to arrange for someone to come out to my home. After 2+ weeks and receiving no call to schedule, I called again. I told the receptionist that I was still interested and asked if she knew why someone hadn't called to schedule the appointment? I asked that if it was a matter of them being too busy or having too much business then to please tell me and I would go elsewhere. She told me that she would give the person the info again and to expect a call. Two weeks later, after still not receiving a call, I called again, spoke to the same person who remembered me from my previous calls. I told her that I still hadn't received a call and at this point I wanted to let them know that I was going to post a report on Angie's List about my experience. I asked her if it was a matter of them having too much work and not being able to commit to a new job? She told me that was pretty much the case, that although they don't like to turn away business the person who was supposed to call me was basically going to tell me that they were too busy to take on our request. I told her that seemed to be an odd way to conduct business, and would be calling another company. She asked for my phone number again and said that she would call me personally today to let me know what was going on. I will be going elsewhere for this service.

I can't comment on their technical service but I can tell you that they have extremely poor customer service and from my experience they are very unreliable.

They were excellent. They were very professional, and they did a really good job. They know their job well. Their clean-up is better than anybody I've seen. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they had been there, except for the change in the trees. We have had them a number of times. They remove everything.

We have used the Arborist for all of our tree needs. Most recently for fertilization. This is an exceptional company and very professional and knowledgeable. They give free estimates. We have never been disappointed.

Work performed was basically satisfactory although they also would make a "diagnostic visit" to see what might have to be done...this was every two months and they charges approx. $225. for the opportunity to send a quote....although I have a sprinkler system they also came and watered a tree or two for $75. I was very unimpressed with their approach to billing...way out of line

The work cost me $1125. They were the best. I was very pleased with their work.
