DID A GREAT JOB AND CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, to remove the fallen tree from my and my neighbor's yard. They went above and beyond by repairing the neighbor's fence that the tree had fallen on. Plus, they were super nice.

I checked out the reviews and some were good, but mostly were bad for either shoddy work or just not showing up. I figured that the estimator was very nice and I would give them a chance. What a bad decision. 9 came around and no one showed. I called them to see if they had been running late. The secretary told me that they should've been there and she would call me back. I waited a few hours and got no call. I called back again, and again she told me she would call me back. AGAIN, no calls. I called back one more time, a little frustrated, and she told me that the owner would call. Nothing I waited a few days and called them again and when she answered, she told me she would have the owner call. I received no calls. I continued to call them asking if they would reschedule, trying hard to support their small business, but now they won't pick up when I call. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. In their voicemail, they say that my call was important, but it certainly wasn't. They had a great price but customer service was atrocious. I have made my last call and will be finding a new place to trim the trees. I don't know how they stay in business with such little care for customers.

everything looked good, until the final tree, paid them and didn't see until afterwards the tree wasn't completely trimmed, tree had a whole side untrimmed, called them to come back 4-5 times ,kept saying they would come to take care of it and never did, they blew me off , did ok with the other trees

They cancelled two appointments with me, and I sensed an extreme reluctance on their part to even come out to look at the job. The minimal contact I had, they were polite, but ineffective. They never came to perform the service, and they have since been unresponsive.

Not well. The date originally set they never showed up. I had to call them. They were stuck at another job. ( don't we all have phones now?). They came the second date and only three people for the most part One was in the car for an hour and a half and two were watching the boss do all the work. The back yard wasn't even touched and they all left after three hours. The boss said traveling time is part of the four hours ( nothing in the writing said this) so this was to be a 50percent off deal, this means that what they did was worth $1300.00 I don't think so!!! Now I can't get my money back and I'm going to have to struggle to get them to do more. I basically got $649 stolen from me. Not a happy camper

They came out to do an estimate on 5 trees and branches and told us that they could do all we wanted done for the price and in the time they were offering . I told them I wanted 5 trees taken down and I would get rid of all of the wood. They came out at the time they said they would be there and began working. So they dropped 3 of the 5 and cleaned the branches over the driveway.  But the two trees that were not taken care of were the two that I was more concerned about since they were dead. I was told that they not have enough time to complete the job and that they wouldn't be able to cut the one tree down because of the wires. They began the job at 8:30 and pulled off the property at 12 noon. So they did what they could do but not what they said they could do when he came out and gave me an estimate.

Douglas quickly responded to my request for quote. There are 21 trees on the office property. We asked to have those trees next to building trimmed away from the gutters and windows and those with branches overhanging the street and parking lot trimmed back. I received four quotes and his was by far the least expensive. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day; and he and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. As the completed each area, they cleaned up all debris. In fact, it was during the fall season and they cleaned up all the leaves in the parking lot and yard. It was a pleasure working with Douglas and I was very pleased with the level of work performed. I expect to use his services in the future and would gladly recommend him to family and friends.

He showed up on time and he and his staff were very pleasant. He did a excellent job. He cleaned everything up so well you never would have know he was there, except that the trees are gone. I would use him again and recommend him to all my friends.
