"I WENT IN TO HAVE A NICK IN MY WINDOW REPAIRED WITH THE GLASS GLUE, BUT THE WINDOW HAD CRACKED SINCE THE TIME OF IMPACT. "I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."

"It went very well. Our window shattered late the night before. We called the company first thing in the morning and left a voicemail. Someone called back about an hour later and took a description of the issue. We texted him a photo and he gave us a price right away. He showed about about 2 hours later. He came is with a mask (Coronavirus protection) and we straight to the window. He popped it out, took it into the back of the truck parked outside, where they did the replacement right on site. It took about 1 hour and it popped back on the frame very easily."
