He showed up when he said he would -called if he was going to be late or had to shift times or days. Finished when he said he would. Troy went above and beyond to minimize dust in the house by installing a plastic hallway barrier to prevent the dust being too much for me as I have COPD. It is very evident from Troy and his crew’s overall demeanor that they enjoy what they do and do it VERY well!!!!! I would highly recommend Troy and you should book your renovations and repairs as soon as possible because as soon as word gets out about his quality and reliability , he’ll be booked for months!! Yes, you can pour concrete if it rained the day before, but you’ll need to drain the construction site to ensure there isn’t standing water where your slab will sit. You might need to manually remove any puddles and set up drainage on your site to dry it before pouring. Moist soil won’t be an issue, but standing water will throw off your concrete mix ratios.
