"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Responded quickly and gave a fair estimate for the work that was going to be completed and then we accepted the price and they came the same day completed all of the work that was promised. I then asked if he could do a couple extra items while he was there and he didn’t even hesitate to say yes, no problem., continued to knock out those things in record time and quality. I’m very impressed with Jose and his team and they far exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt that if they continue to do this level of commitment they will rise to the top level of their trade and most likely need to hire more crews. "Carmelo and Miguel did a superb job at removing leaves from our yard. We took advantage of the "deal" for 2 hours of work by 2 men, and prioritized the most important areas to focus on. Carmelo and Miguel were terrific, they worked hard to get as much done as possible within the time frame, and were very amenable to focusing on the main areas we requested help with. One thing we did not realize was that the time required to take the leaves to the disposal area needed to come out of the total time allotted, so we weren't able to get everything completed as we had hoped, but the job was well done, and the price paid was worth hiring someone to do it. Definitely would like to employ their service in the future."

I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder.
