The audacity of this contractor was shocking; after receiving full payment, he suggested my husband should climb onto the roof to apply silicone to fix the issue. He repeatedly promised to come back and finish the job but canceled at the last minute or simply didn't show up, doing this four times in total. Each time, he confirmed he would come, only to cancel or no-show. This caused me to lose four days of work waiting for him. When we tried to communicate, he ignored our messages until I threatened legal action. Only then did he respond, promising a refund which never materialized. Instead of addressing the issue, he blocked us on social media to avoid negative feedback. This forced us to spend an additional $1000 to hire another contractor to fix what he left undone. "

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "They give me estimate on a parking spot area for off street parking in dec. 2024 gave them the application for the permits for curb cut and parking area call them many times to find out if they submitted the permits to the borough after a month, they finally called me a said they did and they were waiting on the borough for the permits. So now it is march and so i called them to find out about the permits for the work and again no answer, so I went to the borough office, and they told me they did not put the paperwork in for the permits, so they lied to me I ask them many times if the wanted the job and they said yes must be a lie as well for my calls attempts by phone to have them do the job. I never heard back from them. All I want is a answer yea or no that they would do the job. Very disappointed"
