"Tyler is personable individual and a creative problem solver. Our older basement floor drain is of a small diameter, making it impossible to send down a camera, much less an eel. Working from the outside of the house in, Tyler quickly found and removed a sizeable root ball. I would absolutely hire Tyler again."

"I am so thankful that I found Brodys Services! My toilet wasnt flushing good & little moths were appearing from the drain. I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

"Jason S and Mike C did a very professional job. Arrived in good time and finished late afternoon. The shower/tub combo is exactly what was promised and looks great. At our request, they were glad to show us the plumbing update before it got covered over."

"I had Trent take a look at our water softener and he explained exactly how everything should work and what the problem was. He was professional and gave pricing for each available option."

"Very professional service. Estimate was higher than I can afford."

"Beautiful shower, install was perfect. More than I expected. Very happy."

"Bakers Waterproofing is an excellent Basement Company! I had water and foundation issues in my basement which needed attention. Kris was the service advisor that came out recently and he was prompt, friendly, and very thorough! Kris explained in detail to me the issues with my basement and offered various options for mitigation and repair of my water and structural issues. Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time. Jessie even found a bowing wall that other companies did not find or address. I highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing!"

"Excellent service and quality installation. Totally clean install and done in 3 days as it was an oversize area. They were creative in filling in the extra area with a counter. The crew was delightful, quiet and respectful. I highly recommend American Standard Walk-In Tubs!"
