The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. The provider was willing to negotiate and we were able to strike a deal to complete the areas we needed(though some will take place at a later date) Overall very satisfied with quality of the work done so far and look forward to completing the small areas still left."

He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."
