Best water softener pros near Orange, PA

"The purchase process was excellent. We were shown the chemical issues with the existing water and a demo of the change using the new system. All was explained along the way and all questions answered. The installation was completed on the day scheduled and all install, function, and maintenance parameters were explained. Great follow-up. Now that the system has been working for several weeks, we have confirmed the benefits of that softened water in bathing, laundry, and dishes as well as having great tasting purified water."

"The person was professional. He tested the water and noticed that the water tank was going on to often and recommended that I do nothing right now until I have the well and tank check first. He thought that that could have an affect on the water treatment. When the problem is fixed then we will keep an eye on the quality of the water."

"Mark and Paul did an excellent job. They cleaned up after they were finished. They even fixed a water leak I didn't know I had. I would recommend them highly."

"Our service was excellent. Our local plumber referred us to Central PA Soft Water and we're really glad they did. Matt was very helpful in explaining the product that they offer and the associated costs. He was very accommodating with our schedule, but didn't rush to get the install done. The system looks great and works great. I would absolutely recommend these company to anyone looking for a water softening system for their home."

"Made appointment with him and he was there right on time. Tested the water so he knew what I was talking about and then told me what I would need to correct the problem and how much it would cost. He also said I should contact the original company to see if they would honor any of their work."

"Ed of UGI was prompt, professional, proficient, polite, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, and replaced the defective meter quickly. Soon it was warm and comfy again in our home."

"My experience with them was excellent because they responded immediately. They replaced the water heater on the same day. It was all very good. I will absolutely use them again in the future."

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
