Marr Development is an extremely shady company. I would be very wary of any new construction by them, it most likely was not properly inspected. Their workers are unskilled and do very low quality work. I would steer very clear from these guys. They also have many workers that worked under the criminal company Vision Home Builders Construction.

Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install
Installed a new furnace on 9/16 2020 furnace not working on 9/19/2020. No one answered when I called for service. So I am left in the cold on the coldest night of the season with no access to service.

"Our on-call service technician made contact with the customer as quickly as possible and performed their repair. We apologized for not immediately returning for the service with the speed they would have liked. We pride ourselves on customer service, and due to emergency service scheduling issues, we did not achieve the level of customer satisfaction we would like to on this service. I apologize again, and I believe we have now corrected the situation."

Technician was great and knowledgable. Easy to work with. Just make sure you ask for how the bill would be calculated up front. The price was fair but a little more than we originally thought. Either way the staff and service was exceptional!
