The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. "Rob did a great job insulating my attic.   He seems very professional and well organized.   He emailed me a professional quote on the project and we set a date when the work would be completed.
Rob showed up promptly on the agreed date and performed the work correctly.  He ended up charging me around $1200.00 to do the job but more than half of that cost was for the blown in and rolled insulation that he bought for the job.   I thought his prices where quite reasonable for having the job done correctly.  
Rob is very pleasant to deal with and easy to communicate with.   He picks up his cell phone and communicates by email which is a big plus for me trying to get things done in a very rural area.
