TUMA LAWN SVC & LANDSCAPINGI had some challenging issues in totally renovating my back yard. I called 4 companies. One never called back, and the other two submitted proposals that appeared thrown together with sketches that looked like a 7 year old did them. The fourth was Tuma. After meeting with Wade, I was presented a detailed plan for each area and where each plant and shrub would go. Everything was done in a day by a great crew exactly as planned. They even did a little extra sprucing up I didn't expect. The next Spring, I called them back for some additional work and mulching. Again, very pleased. I would definitely recommend Tuma Landscaping to anyone looking for great work, professionalism, and fair pricing- JOHN N.

Isbir Construction & Landscape CorpWhat can I can about Isbir Construction? OUTSTANDING! I just got done having two estimates from other contractors that made no sense to me at all on the problem. I was getting excess water pooling during a rain, to point where I had to sweep the water out of the area to prevent water from going into my window well. Mike Isbir was my 3rd estimate, and what a difference he made on providing a solution to the problem. He was very prompt in calling me and making an appointment to come out to my home for an estimate. Mike arrived: surveyed the area, checked the tilt of the pavements and yard area, and took the time to explain without rushing what was happening and the solution to the problem. The contract came for me to sign and I immediately signed and sent in my deposit. I thought that I would hear from him in about 3 weeks. But, instead he called within a few days after receiving the check and told me that he had finished a job and would be able to do mine within one day. Mike's crew came and I cannot say enough about the work. Professional-Neat-Great I would not hestitate telling other people about Isbir and would hire Isbir again for any other projects.- leona g.

I made two appointmens with this contractor and he failed to show up. The first appointment was to stop by at a specific time to evaluate the project. He didn't show up. I called again and he did show up to evaluate and he quoted $300 and I accepted and he scheduled a time to begin the work and again never showed up at the scheduled time. I received no phone calls to indicate why he didn't show up or to reschedule the work.

We had several issues when working with them on the installation at the beginning of the summer that were attributed to a sudden change in staffing. Understandable. Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing.
