About us
Graham's tree service is a complete tree service. We do not rent any of our machinery, sub contract our workers. Owner is present on every job. We are a three to four man crew. Safety is our number one priority. We strictly follow industry standards. We carry all necessary insurances including general liability & workmans compensation. Workers comp is federally mandated. This insurance not only protects our workers but our customers as well. Do not hire any contractor that does not carry this. Most tree in beaver county do not carry comp. They provided heavy mats to bring the trucks across the soft ground, cut the trees limb by limb, ground the branches while working, set aside firewood, as requested, and swept up all residue upon completion. Then the stump removal equipment was set up and the stump and underground roots were completely removed. The ground was raked over and the job was complete.
I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.
"I deeply apologize to you once again. We simply drug brush across your blacktop when removing your neighbors Bradford pear and yes it did leave visible fibrous marks. Not scrapes. I even offered to reblacktop your entire driveway and told you I'd do whatever I had to do to make it right. You then responded I'll get back to you and that was the last I heard until now. You also posted your cost. I didn't work for you. Therefor, no monies ever changed hands between us."
"I apologize my service was unable to satisfy your requests. Yes I did approach you to resubmit my bid after thorough aerial inspection of the approx 7ft vertical crack that was not completely visible from the ground. We took an enormous risk pulling our machinery onto your property and tackling this 85 ft tall half dead oak. When you had me look at this tree it was almost dark out as I was finishing an extremely long day of work. I did give you a verbal price and explained I would be out first thing tomorrow morning due to the hazard this posed to your home. You agreed and thanked me for the prompt service. You could of asked us to leave after we explained we were going to need more to do this job after a more thorough inspection. After all, we matched the next lowest bid. Our price was not out of line. we also completed the job exactly as described. I also don't understand why I was paid if I failed to meet your expectations as I tell all of my customers I don't expect a dime unless you are completely satisfied. Also, this review was written 4 years after services completed."
