"If i could give zero stars i would have. We paid almost $12,000 back in October for them install a new system in our home. Since then we have failed county inspection 3 times. The techs who come out all have different stories and excuses. The electrician who came out last time Donald informed us of how terrible his own company was and how he planned to quit. Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!"

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldn’t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"
