"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "They installed a spring to the closure after refurbishing the closure itself, reinforced the door frame where the closure pins had pulled out of the door frame. They also cleaned some brick that was stained with white around the in and around the street numbers of our house located on the bricks to the left of the storm door, and we did not even solicit them for that. They were great, and I wish every former repair person or contractor that we have used previously were as thorough as they were in the work that they did for us. We will have them back for sure! They arrived at the specified time and gave us a great deal for the money we paid to have the job done correctly!"

Throughout the project Eric made sure we remained happy with his work by spending time to talk to us or emailing/phoning if we happened to miss each other.
