"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"They installed a spring to the closure after refurbishing the closure itself, reinforced the door frame where the closure pins had pulled out of the door frame. They also cleaned some brick that was stained with white around the in and around the street numbers of our house located on the bricks to the left of the storm door, and we did not even solicit them for that. They were great, and I wish every former repair person or contractor that we have used previously were as thorough as they were in the work that they did for us. We will have them back for sure! They arrived at the specified time and gave us a great deal for the money we paid to have the job done correctly!"

"Eric Russell is a master at making the customer happy. From the very beginning of our bathroom remodeling Eric provided us with ideas and designs, which were in-line with our home d�cor and tastes. Throughout the project Eric made sure we remained happy with his work by spending time to talk to us or emailing/phoning if we happened to miss each other. Eric was amenable to small changes throughout the project. Eric kept to his contract by staying within the monetary and time limitations which we had initially agreed to. We would definitely hire him again for other remodeling jobs. Overall we were extremely pleased with Eric and his work."
