"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Jim Nibarger explained everything that he was going to have to do to my home and everything that needed to be redone and he got that all taken care of and he had a lot to do. "Very well. I really admire Ken because he traveled a long, long way to do this work. He is very thorough and identified a much larger problem than the one I thought I had. Ken does nice work and sincerely tries to help. The only knock I have is that he was 2 hours late to the appointment. In fairness to him, he had to travel at least an hour to get to me and was unfamiliar with the roads, and he did keep in contact. That said, he was late starting the job."
