They showed us what needed replaced at a cost point of 3 different levels good better and best .They showed us the difference between the 3 cost .They Showed up when they said they would it only took 1 day to remove the whole roof and replace with new drip edge and ice shield and new ply wood were it was rotten and new shingles this included cutting in a new ridge cap vent that was never there before .When they were done they cleaned everything up and it looks beautiful and gave us a 30 year guarantee I would use them again anytime for any of my roofing or construction needs"

Acrylic sealers have the shortest longevity, whereas most other options can last anywhere from five to 10 years. A concrete seal can protect your garage floor from water and stains as can an epoxy coating. The main difference is that epoxy is much more durable and better for heavy-duty wear and tear—it’s used in more industrial and commercial settings. If you’re just using the garage as storage for tools and your car, concrete sealer will do just fine. But if your garage doubles as a workshop for side projects and auto repair, epoxy will hold up better.

You can seal a concrete slab by cleaning the surface, filling in any cracks, etching the surface, applying a sealer, and letting it dry. Concrete slabs don't typically need sealing, but you can use a topical concrete sealer if you notice signs of water damage. If you haven't already fixed the cause of the leak, then you'll want to repair the plumbing before you seal a concrete slab.
