Patched leak around chimney. Took them coming out 3 times to get the leak figured out and fixed, but they were cool about coming back out and getting the job taken care of with no additional charges over the initial job cost.

siding  Replaced  home with new siding,  they were thorough competent,, polite and respectful of our needs.Windows were replaced quickly ,neatly  and look beautiful.  The kitchen looks like a million dollars.l      Can not say enough good things about Meadowland homes from first call to final walk through!

The contractor was right on time in arriving for the estimate and was very thorough. He asked for a week to get the quote back to me, and he sent it in only two days. After researching, I found the price to be fair, and scheduled the work. They were on the job site first thing in the morning and throughout the entire period, the team worked diligently. Out of the entire job, there was only one minor discrepancy, and Meadowland Homes quickly resolved without hesitation.

We were so happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone on the team, we have engaged them for remodeling work in our laundry room, and we are having them do drywall work in our garage as well.

We  were notified of any possible delays example: weather  or material delays, and they  answered  any and all questions clearly and concisely .Someone was always available for any type of assistance. I had started and stopped my basement over a period of 2 years.  I had a lot of work that needed to be finished and was having a hard time finding anyone who would come to do "small" jobs that had already been started by someone else.  When I phoned and they agreed to take a look at what I needed done, I was pleased but afraid that it was a project they wouldn't want to get involved in.  Meadowland Homes sent their "finishing man" out early in August to give us an estimate on the list of things we had wanted done.They sent me the estimate in a very timely manner.  The cost was reasonable and within our budget so we contacted them to proceed.  Arnold, the "finishing man" was the primary person to work on our basement and he was wonderful.  He listened to what I wanted and was very nice.  I felt very comfortable with him right away.  He agreed to come to the house on my days off and work around my schedule as long as I didn't mind just 2 days a week (which was what I wanted).  Each day Arnold came, he was very respectful of my property (inside and outside), asked questions about anything that he wasn't sure on and always informed me if he was leaving for lunch and when he would return.   On the days that he was going to be later, he would call me so I wouldn't wonder where he was.  Arnold did beautiful work and made suggestions on alternative ways of doing the project that would save me money and time.  If I didn't like his recommendation, he had no problems doing it "my way".  Most of the time however, I liked his suggestions.  Every day after work, my basement was cleaned up (actually swept) and when my husband got home, it was clean and neat when he went to look at what had been done.  A part of the wiring in the bathroom took Arnold some extra time to track down because it was previously done incorrectly and that added an extra day on to the project, which also reflected on the bill.  When Meadowland Homes sent me the final bill, it did exceed the estimate by almost $800.00, but I did add a few small extra requests that wasn't on the orginal estimate.  Arnold was happy to help me with these "extras" to make me happy with my basement.  It took me an extra week to gather the money, but they didn't get nasty with me at all.   I love what Arnold did, both what I requested and what he suggested.  My basement is so beautiful now and the work is really classy!!  A very good choice!

I found Meadowland Homes on Angie's List. They responded very quickly when I contacted them, arrived on time for the initial appointment. They worked from the insurance adjuster's estimate and agreed that they could do the work within the insurance company constraints.
There was a short delay in getting started due to Meadowland's current workload (there are usually good reasons why some companies are busy and some are not), but they started the job ahead of the agreed schedule and completed it in a reasonable amount of time.
Overall, the staff was professional and punctual and the work was completed to a very high standard. I am very satisfied with the completed repairs and would definitely recommend Meadowland Homes to folks needing home repairs.

Bill helped me from the evaluation of the damage until the roof was completed. His team did a great job and I would not hesitate to use his company again.

We have worked with Meadowland Homes previously, so when we were ready to add the deck and patio, one of our first calls was to Bill. After three estimates, we decided to go with Bill, mostly because his pricing was the most fair and in line with our expectations. We had several pictures of what we wanted, as well as an example in town that we referenced. When the work began, there was a miscommunication regarding the pergola, yet Bill immediately rectified the situation (and we couldn't be happier with the pergola!). The Meadowland team arrived promptly at 7 a.m. each morning. Prior to beginning construction (and throughout the entire project), we had a lot of rain and damage to our yard was a concern of ours; Bill's crew went to great lengths to help minimize damage to the yard, which pleased us immensely. The crew cleaned up each day before leaving and they were courteous and professional. This behavior must come from the top, as Bill himself has always been patient and exceptionally professional. In the future, Meadowland will be our "go to" contractor for any and all house repairs! The finished project is absolutely amazing - we love it.

I had a stubborn leak that I had attempted to have repaired twice before. 1 roofing company and 1 handyman was unable to locate the source of the leak and therefore could not fix the problem. A handyman charged me a nonimal fee for inspecting, but he didn't know how to repair what he couldn't find. A roofing company assured me they would find the source and repair. They could not tell me or show me the problem, yet they charged me $500. for slapping up shingles. It did not stop the leak. Bill from Meadowland, located the problem, showed me the source and repaired it successfully! I was very happy with the entire process. Bill looked at the job, scheduled it the next day, and repaired the roof with no problems.
